Since 2024, Songqun Gao has been a Research Fellow at the University of Trento in the Department of Industrial Engineering. His research interests focus on manipulators in industrial scenarios, and he is currently working on extending the orienteering problem to enable efficient detection and removal of defects in car frames using manipulators.
